Why should I use a Coach?
Have you ever sat in a gym wondering, “Why am I here, and what the heck it this exercise actually doing for me?” A common mistake made by most people is working out without a plan. Would you ever drive to an unknown destination without printing out or at the very least researching some directions? The same holds true with a good exercise routine. Our coaching staff is prepared to not only pinpoint your destination, but to help you map out the most efficient and effective route to reaching your individual goals! And just like the navigation systems in your cars we will be there with detailed instructions cheering you on throughout your journey. Our coaches are also invaluable resources in helping you strategically plan the remaining 160+ hours a week when you are not in the gym.
What coaching options do I have?
At West Loop Gym we develop customized solutions that fit all lifestyles. With three levels of coaching and our personal touch each client receives the necessary tools to achieve success within the parameters of their life. Our training options are as follows:

Option A: One-on-one Personal Coaching
With one-on-one coaching the focus is on YOU! Every session is designed specifically to meet your individual needs. Whether it is a sports specific goal, your return to the gym after injury, or you just like the personal attention, one-on-one sessions will elevate your motivation and assure your personal success.

Option B: One-on-one + one!?!
Enjoy personal the attention of our coaches and add a friend or loved one along for the ride. Whether you split the cost or treat your guest, each additional person is added on at half the price of one-on-one training.

Option C: Small Group Training
Small group training is the way of the future. These programs utilize all of the principals we employ in our one-on-one coaching with the exhilarating dynamic of the group setting. You will learn the essence of exercise program design as well as see amazing results. You also do not forfeit the individualization of each program. Every exercise performed can be modified and explained to suit your skill and fitness level.

The days of trainers standing over a client counting repetitions as they painfully pump out uninspiring isolated single muscle exercises are over!
