Desiré Maye brings her clients the focus and patience honed from six years of martial arts training. In fact, Desiré recently won the Arnold Classic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gold medal. She cares deeply about her clients and helping them truly achieve their own fitness goals. Her nurturing style comes naturally, as Desire' is also a mother of three children. She has two years of experience as an in-home trainer and certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
