He's lived those same challenges personally, as a veteran tri-athlete and strength training enthusiast who’s balanced those activities with a busy schedule as a business owner and director-level corporate communicator. Add to that Russ’s experience as a nutrition author (A Guy's Gotta Eat, the regular guy's guide to eating smart, Marlowe & Co, 2004) and two decades of cross training expertise. Lucky for us, Russ has now focused on personal training, and enjoys working with clients to make the best use of their time to achieve optimal conditioning and long-term health.
