Weight Management (12-weeks)
We recognize the main reason for most people joining our club is weight loss. This is why we have created a program that focus’ the first 12-weeks of your membership on the proven diet and exercise techniques needed to achieve and sustain your optimum body composition.
If you are someone seeking help to accomplish a specific weight loss goal such as being in a wedding, going on a vacation, or you are simply frustrated with your weight and want to work toward a set goal under the guidance of a professional, then this program should be your first step.
The Program
During your 12-week program you will meet with our trained coaches 2 times per week. One session is in the semi-private coaching program where you will learn the safe and effective ways to exercise as well as how to personalize the “workout of the day” (a professionally designed and periodized program available to all members at West Loop Gym). Your second session is focused on goal setting, goal tracking and how to use our online meal planning software. Along with our semi-private coaching program you will have unlimited use of the small group coaching sessions and unlimited use of the club. We will also provide you with high quality nutritional supplements to get you started.

We are so confident in our methods of achieving a better body composition that we will guarantee your results. If you do not achieve the goals of your personalized program by the end of the 12 weeks, we will continue to coach you until you hit your goal!
